These Terms & Conditions govern use of the 5Star private beta website and waitlist. 5Star is a pre-launch service intended to help individual service providers build and maintain a portable record of customer feedback.

1. Private Beta

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee beta access, a particular launch date, or continued availability of any feature. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the beta or waitlist.

2. Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate information that you are authorized to provide, including the mobile number used to join. You may not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, or interfere with the service.

3. SMS Program Terms

By providing your mobile number and joining the 5Star private beta waitlist, you consent to receive SMS text messages from 5Star regarding your beta registration, product launch, account or service updates, and related 5Star beta communications.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Opt out at any time by replying STOP. After STOP, we may send one final confirmation message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact kyle.r.robertson@gmail.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the beta only for lawful purposes and may not gain unauthorized access, misuse another person's information, introduce malicious software, or abuse the waitlist or messaging functionality.

5. Third-Party Services

5Star may use third-party providers for hosting, databases, communications, security, authentication, and SMS delivery. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.

6. No Warranty

The private beta and waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5Star and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the beta or waitlist.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as 5Star develops. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
