We may collect your name, mobile phone number, signup date and time, referral information, and technical information reasonably necessary to operate and secure the website.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to maintain the waitlist, send signup confirmations and launch or service communications, operate and secure 5Star, understand beta interest, prevent abuse, and develop the product.

3. SMS and Mobile Information

If you provide a mobile number, we use it to send communications you requested or consented to receive. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact kyle.r.robertson@gmail.com.

We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information with service providers acting on our behalf solely as needed for services such as hosting, databases, security, and SMS delivery.

We retain waitlist information as reasonably necessary to operate the beta, communicate about launch, develop the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

The private beta is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
